Yeah, yeah, I know I haven’t posted in a few days. I planned to get something up here today but I got busy alright?! Okay, maybe I didn’t get too busy but it’s hard to feel creative while sitting across from a guy making all the “ask me what I’m doing” noises and having already run into several “I’m smarter than you” conversations with the guy today, I didn’t fucking feel like dealing with it. But, it was damn near impossible to write anything up, even though I already have a couple draft posts started. So I gave up, fucked around on Facebook and played Age of Empires.
During my eight hour shift in limbo, several ideas occurred to me. The one that still messes with me is the idea that several people I know who practice some form of Voudou also believe in acupuncture. I’m still not sure if this is a contradiction or actually supportive evidence. I’m also unsure why someone who goes to an acupuncturist will tell you he doesn’t believe in voodoo dolls… Yeah, I know there’s a world of difference between actual Hatian Voudou and New Orleans tourist Voodoo but still, the thought remains in my head.
All of this rambling and I could have written something creative. Time wasted. Actually no, during my net-surfing today, I found something I want. I want a Burger King “king” mask. I saw what I am going to be for Halloween if I ever wear a costume again; “Burger King Diamond“! Fuck you if you don’t get it, King Diamond is awesome! I don’t care HOW stuck in the 80′s he is, he’s still awesome! Alright, maybe not SOO awesome and I’m still dealing with the sleep deprivation. I should get some sleep. I’ve had lots of “Sleepless Nights” recently… It’s a fucking King Diamond song… Oh comeon! You know I go a long way to entertain you people with goofy puns and shit…
Something better tomorrow if I can get some rest and I’m not balancing employment against alpha status.
