I was working on a post this morning.  It was of the ranting sort.  I’m still maintaining that exhilarating good mood that attacked me last weekend and the headache is all but gone.  I like this change.  I’m still confused as to what happened and a little worried about the idea that something may have actually changed in my skull but I am finding that I can be happy and still rant a little bit.  I just don’t get my blood pressure up over these things anymore.  I think I like this “normal” feeling, haven’t been here in a LONG time…

Anyway, back to the point…  I’ve got a post about three-quarters written and it’s a non-pleasant one in which I will undoubtedly make false statements and agitate a person or two.  But before I could finish it I had a few tasks fall into my lap here at work and I got busy.  When I came back to my computer I found that I had already inadvertently agitated someone that morning.  The details are inconsequential but suffice it to say that if I were to post my original rant for today it might appear as though the two incidents were related.  I suspect one would have to squint and look at it from an odd angle to make the connection between the two but for now I have decided that, decorum must dictate that I postpone my regularly scheduled bitch-session.

So, you’ll just have to wait until next week to hear me throw out some incorrect facts and appear more foolish than I usually do.

On an wildly unrelated note, am I the only person who recycles letters on their screen?  I feel good when I can reuse letters I have already typed out if I change the wording of what I was going to say.  For instance, if “reschedule” needs to become “regularly scheduled” due to a change in the sentence structure, I go to “reschedule“, click between the e and s, type “gularly“, add a space then skip to the end to add the d.  Now you have “regularly scheduled” without deleting or wasting any letters.  I’m not the only one right?  Hello?  This could be why it takes me FOREVER to edit my own work…

I’m sitting here at work, 5pm on a Friday waiting on a tech and you know what?  It’s been a good week.  I’m feeling alright.  Go have a great weekend and maybe I’ll make a fool of myself on Monday.

  1. On your different note, I heard Ricky Brigante read your email about an anagram….
