We may have been “over-ambitious” when we settled upon a two-week publishing schedule. Wade and I are in discussions about our latest recordings, there will be upcoming episodes. We’re just slowing down the schedule.
I’m just one half of the show, I don’t want to put any words in Wade’s mouth so, this is all my doing here… There are reasons why we are changing the schedule and I even wrote up a nice long post about them. But I came off sounding like a dick so I cut it down to these over-simple statements:

The show requires a significant bit of our time to record and to produce.
The show has not gone over well enough to gain a regular audience and comments.
The catalyst for the show is to hang out with my friends; so it’s still fun for me to do.
I have many tasks in my life begging for my limited time and attention.
If no one is listening, I can’t justify neglecting these tasks to get a show out on time.
Shows that do not stick to regular schedules are prone to failure.
If we find our voice and gain an audience, the show moves higher on my “to do” list.

So we’ll see what we can do about getting a show out in the next week or two. We’ll continue having fun in a non-committal schedule kind of way and that’ll work for now.

A little different show this week, we’ll call it “Spoiler City Lite”.
It’s just me and it’s under 15 minutes.
Not that we hadn’t planned anything. There is a recording Wade and I made on his iPhone while driving to Orlando but if you think we ramble here, you should hear how chaotic this thing was. Lots of good material but really no way to pull a cohesive show out of it. You’ll probably hear parts of it slid in from time to time.
So rather than miss the schedule, I recorded a short solo show. The regular edition should return for episode 6 in two weeks.
No delay, no time travel; it’s still Wednesday (for another 20 minutes) so the show remains ON TIME!!!

This is the last recording we had in the can so it’s still got a few artifacts of its age. Any new shows will be slightly different, we’ve got some ideas we want to lay out there for ya. How about throwing a comment or two our way and letting us know what you want to hear? We’re listening, are you?

“Top Ten Metal Bands”
No, this is not a mistake and it is not filler. I know you were expecting “Must See Sci-Fi Films”. This topic was planned ahead of time and was going to be episode 4. We made an executive decision and went with a music-based show this week to break up what will inevitably be an overall glut of movie-related shows… The “Sci-Fi” episode has been recorded and is ready to drop next for Episode 4.
Oh, and to avoid any confusion, we didn’t introduce her but the female voice you may hear in the background from time to time is Lisa, an occasional guest on the show. Hi Lisa!
No additional segments on this one. Write in, let us know what kinds of segments you’d like to hear; “Reader Mailbag”, “Emperor of Earth”, “Coming Attractions”, whatever you want; treat us like dancing monkeys, we’re here to entertain you…
