Okay, so I realize that when the posted speed limit shows 45, that it means that is actually the MAXIMUM you should go. I understand that.. really I do. But when someone is driving 25-30 MPH in a 45mph zone and you’ve got double yellow lines so you can’t pass them, they should be eliminated! [...]
